Information We Collect

We may collect account information, contact form submissions, lookup inputs, lookup results, API key metadata, usage events, and feedback about potentially inaccurate results.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate KYLGPT, provide lookup results, manage accounts and API access, understand usage, respond to support requests, improve data quality, and prepare billing and subscription workflows where they are enabled.

Service Providers

KYLGPT uses third-party services including Clerk for authentication, Google Maps for address assistance, Formspree for form submissions, DigitalOcean for hosting and database infrastructure, Sentry for error monitoring, Google Analytics on the production website, and Jauntin for jurisdiction lookup. Where billing is enabled, Clerk manages plan and subscription information and Stripe processes payments. KYLGPT does not store full payment-card details.

Lookup Data

Address lookups may be stored with jurisdiction results, warnings, schedule versions, and usage history so users can review prior work and so we can investigate reported inaccuracies.

Security And Retention

We use managed authentication, encrypted connections, access controls, backups, and hashed API keys. Lookup history is retained for up to 12 months unless it must be kept longer for security, legal, or dispute purposes. Short-lived usage and diagnostic records may have a different retention period.

Your Choices

Signed-in users can export lookup history and revoke API keys from the dashboard. You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information through the contact form. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.

Cookies And Analytics

KYLGPT uses cookies for authentication and public lookup protection. The production site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use. Staging does not load production Analytics or accept customer form submissions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve KYLGPT, or when required by law.
