Terms of Use

KYLGPT terms for beta use.

Last updated July 28, 2026.

Beta Service

KYLGPT is currently provided as a beta service for Kentucky local government premium tax lookup, workflow testing, and API evaluation. Features, limits, data sources, and pricing may change before general availability.

No Tax Or Legal Advice

KYLGPT provides lookup assistance based on available public data and loaded schedule information. It is not tax, legal, accounting, underwriting, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them in quotes, filings, reports, or business decisions.

Data Sources And Accuracy

Results depend on Kentucky DOI schedule data, Kentucky GIS and 911 address data, boundary evidence, and service availability. We may show warnings or review notes when a lookup involves ambiguous boundaries, fallbacks, or special tax-code rules.

Accounts And API Use

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Do not share keys in public code, client-side bundles, or unsecured systems. We may suspend access that appears abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the beta purpose.

Acceptable Use

Do not use KYLGPT to disrupt the service, bypass access or usage controls, probe other accounts, resell access without permission, or violate applicable law. Automated access must use an authorized API key and remain within the limits shown for the account.

Availability And Changes

Beta access is provided without a service-level commitment. We may correct data, change features or limits, suspend integrations, or end beta access. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active users.

Billing

Plans are free where beta mode is active. Where Clerk Billing is enabled, individual Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars. An eligible user may start one 7-day Pro trial without a payment method. A no-card trial does not renew or convert automatically; the user must add a payment method and subscribe to keep Pro access after the trial ends. Subscription changes and billing records can be managed from the account profile.

Warranty And Liability

The beta service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, KYLGPT disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made without independent review of the applicable jurisdiction, schedule, policy type, or filing rule.

Ending Access

You may stop using the service or request account deletion through the contact form. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including responsibility for prior use and limitations, survive termination.
